Need to lose weight by Mid July?
Okay so im moving and starting a new school by april 14th and i want to lose some weight. Im also in a wedding and im not fat but i have kinda of a big stomach. Its just right just doesn't have muscles. Im in soccer after school for 2 hrs and threes a lot of running. Im 14 going on 15 and Weight 140 my doctor said i need to be around 100 to 115 pounds. Im about 5'3 5'4 and i want to down size my tummy and i have a small but i kinda want to lose it or turn it in to muscles and a few months ago i found out some bad news and turned to junk food and so i have a little arm blubber and i want to lose some leg fat so how do you get ready of it and i only have 515 to 830 to work out on school days but all weekend on weekends. I need a good workout plan and wat i should eat a day Right now i eat about 1000 to 1500 calories a day. So can you please help and give me some good food that you like that is healthy that i should eat cause i eat a small breakfast and a huge dinner but my mom said if i make it i can eat it but she eats i must eat. And everyone in my family is skinny all i have is a small and i little round stomach so plz help
