I started going out and dating again but i dont see any compatibility between me and my dates.?

Are there any other ways to reinvent myself and meet the right person for me? I just noticed when im in a relationship, there are men who are interested with me and also seems to be interesting but when im out of a relationship, WHERE ARE THE RIGHT GUYS???
