Are there 3 worlds on our planet (outer, inner, and middle)?

The outer is where we live, the middle is lined with many caverns and tunnels (made by someone). Then there's the inner surface, with supposedly land mes & water bodies same as the outer surface, except the inner is more pure and of a higher vibrational frequency of a 4th dimensional frequency. Are you in agreement or is there some disagreement to this question?
