How to get rid of this awkward feeling(about a girl)?

There's a girl in our cl.She always keeps looking at me but i'm kind of scared to make an eye contact with her!? Because i'm enormously scared and nervous talking to girls.If i cannot talk with because i'm scared if it ends up in a awkward situation,i'll get more inferiority feeling.How to stop this ?Pls answer...
