Can you embroider on a Singer 7430 Sewing Machine?

The Singer.com website does not include the Singer 7430 machine in its list of machines that are considered embroidery machines. However, because of the 145 or so built-in stitches on the 7430, you could probably create some nice designs, borders on collars or cuffs, etc. My Mom has created some really pretty pieces by using multicolored threads and double needles.
