Do colleges look down on you if you have to take cles online?

Because of a scheduling conflict, I have to bump precalc and spanish 3 out of my cles or else i would have to bump ap's instead. I replaced them with anatomy and prop/stage management (did my best here) but I still know I have to take them so I'm going to do it online at BYU. Would it look worse than someone who applied and had them on their actual schedule?
