Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

my paraket ran into a fan head on i i think she has a conussion so im keeping her awake i tested hher reflexes they seem quite normal umm she can stand on her perch just fine and she can turn her head but she keeps wanting to go to sleep. my parents dont wnt to take her to a vet because 12 dollar budgie isnt worth a 400 dollar visit to them and there is no animal hospital or aviary doctor in our area....what can i do at home to keep her from dying from a concussion i love her so much please help me oh and what are some symptoms to look for
