Terrapin food (Need an answer as soon as possible)?

I usually feed my terrapins bloodworm's and dry shrimp mix. I get my Terrapin food from the pet shop. But today they didn't have any bloodworm's, but they gave me something else and said Terrapins eat anything the packet contains: Bloodworm's, Brine shrimp, Mysis and Daphnia. Can i feed my terrapins these? On the front it says Tropical Quartet. Thanks
