What do you think of this tv show idea?

its about a group of friends who fight to protect middle earth from bad guys of difrrent races and powers the good guys consist of 2 girls and 3 boys the main bad guy is valter and his group of highly skilled and powerfull women but there are other bad guys they fight along the way to try and take down valter who is trying to find the sacred orb said to grant the holder who says the magic words immortality thery each have powers like hand blasts finger beams they have weapons such has swords and axes and bows and stuff and it takes place during feudal japan so what do you think would this make a good tv show please give your opinion and why you think it would be a good or bad show thanks in advance
