Answering Online Application?

I've been answering so many online app but no one's calling me yet. How do I answer it the way they want it? Honestly I been answering it "Strongly Agree" and "Strongly Disagree". No "Maybe", no "Agree", no "Disagree". Just straight "Strongly Agree" and "Strongly Disagree". Preferably on CVS, Target and Walgreens Online Application for Pharmacy Tech (cuz I'm 19, High School diploma, I live in NY. That's all the requirements. Be 18+ and High School diploma). Answer it maturely please. Thanks!!
