Do I choose the wedding ring for my husband or does he?

We've been engaged for 2 years this Christmas and just found out we're expecting our third child. So we've decided to cement this de facto family and get married at the courthouse since we can't really afford it any other way. Who chooses his wedding ring, him or I?
