HALP i need to know the 9 steps to the ten ring in archery if you know tem tell me pleeze!!!?

So I started archery about 10 months ago and i have my first tornament this weekend and my arrows are all over the target Im gunna SUCK so plz help me plz i think there is something wrong with ma stance or somthing I have no idea!!!!! plz help me! (btw I shoot a recurve w/ a stabalizer and sight)
